Die Auswertung eines stichprobenbasierten Satellitensuchlaufs zeigt, dass 99,9 % der Anbauparzellen nicht mit der Abholzung von W\u00e4ldern in Verbindung stehen. Wir sind der \u00dcberzeugung, dass die Agroforstwirtschaft eine effiziente L\u00f6sung ist, wenn es darum geht, Kakao auf nachhaltigere Weise zu produzieren, weil dieses Modell es erm\u00f6glicht, die Eink\u00fcnfte der Landwirte zu steigern und zu diversifizieren, die Biodiversit\u00e4t zu erhalten und die Kohlenstoffspeicherung zu erh\u00f6hen. Das Programm Transparence Cacao sieht Schulungen unserer Landwirt[e]*innen in der Umsetzung der Agroforstwirtschaft und die Verteilung von Hilfsmitteln zur F\u00f6rderung dieses Modells vor.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2017 wurde das Projekt \u201eCacao Ami des For\u00eats\u201c (CAF) vom Programm Transparence Cacao ins Leben gerufen, um sich den Herausforderungen verbunden mit der Abholzung von W\u00e4ldern in C\u00f4te d\u2018Ivoire, aber auch mit der \u00dcberalterung der Landwirtschaftsbetriebe zu stellen. Gemeinsam mit dem Conseil du Caf\u00e9-Cacao (CCC) f\u00f6rdert Transparence Cacao eine nachhaltige Kakaoanbauweise, bei der Umweltschutz und Lebensqualit\u00e4t der Landwirt[e]*innen im Einklang stehen. Wir haben uns drei Ziele gesetzt, deren Einhaltung mithilfe von Indikatoren, die von der unabh\u00e4ngigen NGO Agronomes et V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires Sans Fronti\u00e8res (AVSF) festgelegt wurden, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wird:<\/p>\n

1. Erh\u00f6hung der Ertr\u00e4ge von 350 kg\/ha (Vergleichsmittelwert) auf 1.000 kg\/ha f\u00fcr mindestens 25 % der Kakaoplantagen;
2. Erh\u00f6hung der j\u00e4hrlichen Nettoeink\u00fcnfte<\/strong> um 30 % f\u00fcr mindestens 80 % der im Rahmen des Projektes begleiteten Anbauenden;
3. R\u00fcckverfolgung von 100 % des im Rahmen des Programms produzierten Kakaos vom Erzeuger bis zum Konsumenten<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n
