Our group, which specialises in supplying chocolate-based products, is committed to guaranteeing your rights in this area, in accordance with the applicable regulations (French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

The purpose of this document is to tell you how the data you send us is collected and used when you visit our corporate website or our online shop, take part in the prize draws we organise, or subscribe to our Newsletter.

1. What data is collected?

The data collected includes in particular your surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, IP addresses and credit card numbers.
